“Inner harmony and wellness come from the internal integration and genuine compassion for the multiple parts of ourselves – the good, the bad, the frightened, and the abandoned.”

Understanding and Changing Your Own Inner Landscape as a Pathway to Healing

You have tools and skills to manage your symptoms and are pretty good at changing your thoughts about a situation, but your feelings are still “stuck”. You don’t like traditional talk therapy and want to explore some evidence-based experiential techniques instead. If this you, I would be able to assist you.

Using an integrative approach, I am able to tailor your therapy to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself and make lasting changes. Schema Therapy identifies a comprehensive and clinically useful list of maladaptive schemas and modes (different parts of you, or sides of your personality) relevant to conceptualizing most psychological problems, in particular, how those problems continue to persist. Combined with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing approach, I can help you overcome your negative limiting core beliefs/schemas, and experience strong, and rapid change in your inner landscape – thereby leading to improved self-esteem and confidence.

I am comfortable and experienced working with other health professionals and psychologists if you are seeking your own therapy.
